Refund policy

Please contact us before sending any item back. Include your order number, the item concerned, and the reason for the request so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Returned items must be in the condition in which they were received, with included parts and accessories. Items that are damaged through misuse, incomplete, or returned without authorization may not qualify for a refund.
